*sleep is tricky when you're 34 weeks pregnant...

*early morning walk in a black dress and silver sandals...bagels, coffee and oj with my boys...crisp air and sun starting to shine...ripe nyc day...
*the city is heating up...it's only 83 but feels much much warmer....
*black currant scone and decaf coffee from cafe grumpy...windows open, crisp air, blue sky, bob dylan singing and my son dancing...
*saw this on the english muse...not a bad spot to sit and sip an afternoon cup of tea...it has the come in/open your sketchbook get comfy/hang out vibe...love the tiles above the stove too!
*love this inspiration board via shanna murray...there is nothing like a few strips of color on a white sheet of paper...

*breakfast with a friend at pastis...brioche french toast, bacon, fruit, oj and a latte....what a delicious way to start the day...i'm still full
*these yummy blooms were almost as delicious as the treats inside of balthazar this morning! i sat with a lemonade and chocolate croissant (divine!) on the bench outside and enjoyed a bit of sun and people watching...
*later in the morning...i was cruising down lafayette street and turned on to a little side street because of this mattress/graffiti combo...it's kind of great right?!
*windows open...sunny morning...yoga and a stroll are a must...
*ahhh...if only this was the weather in nyc. i'm waking up to another cloudy/drizzzzzly morning...hmm...at least my breakfast is tropical...mangos, blueberries, greek yogurt and coconut water...
*i pass this pink wall on most days and i'm always thinking "what a random pink wall...kinda great...but kinda empty"...well now this little dude has found a home on the pink wall thanks to braia...whoever that is...?
*morning stroll through the farmers market in union square...

*a peeked at a few flowers and then headed around the corner for breakfast and a bit of writing...

*i was too busy looking out the window to get any writing/drawing done...oh well...
