I was ready for my shot...

a little slice of a not so new painting...i found it under the bed this morning...

Sticks chop chop...

i made the most random but tasty lunch today...toasted 7 grain bread with cilantro pesto, gouda and tomatoes...with a few avocado rolls...and coconut water to sip...yum.

You got it...

yeah...a little cup of tea drawing...a twenty minute whatever with a bird on a string and hands that are tied...and downward dog on a shelf...an attempt at tree pose...and a portrait on the wall with an arrow through the head...

I don't look...

went for a walk and couldn't help but notice all the empty branches on the trees...
like this one...looks like a rose garden spider web...minus the roses...add the thorns...

and check out this tree bark...no joke...it was pretty much glowing after the rain...

Yeah...

back in nyc...more in a bit...oh...and this particular shot goes out to a punk in ohio who likes to see the moon during the day...

I've seen it all...

Not NYC...family get together type of gig going on...

a few hours, a few phone calls, a few looks at the tv, a load of laundry...

Not anymore...

started adding a bit of color today...
saw a couple on the subway today...wished i would have taken a picture of their hands holding...
went as far uptown as i've ever been...
didn't finish my dessert...
don't know if i want to color in all the dots...

I stuck one under a piece of tape and mailed it to her...

Perhaps I'll color them in tonight...

There was so much amazing food...I wish I would have snapped more shots but I was too busy enjoying myself...!

I guess I should know...

kind of a strange combo but that's how it goes sometimes...flowers flowers...the flower guy at the corner deli gives a flower to my son every morning...it's really beyond sweet...perhaps i'll start snapping a pic of the "flower of the day"...
