Chirp and chill...

Kira at Cafe Grumpy makes these little felt hearts from time to time...yesterday I got lucky and was given not one but three! I wore one and took the other two out at the park to share (briefly) with this little bird...oh and this is Nick and Kyle (from the Grumps) sporting not only hearts...but moustaches as well...!

tonight i made carrot,cilantro,sesame salad...with an orange lemon dressing...ooh yeah yum. oh and chicken sausage...baguette etc...tasty tasty
